Globalisation of Higher Education:The Emerging Scenarios.

The institute organized a symposium on Globalization of Higher Education:The emerging scenarios on 3rd March 2010 at 4.00 PM in the institute's auditorium. Sri N.Vinay Hegde, Chancellor of Nitte University inaugurated the programme. Dr.Stephen P.Schappe, Director, School of Business, Dr.Omid Ansari, Director School of Science, Engineering and Technology, Dr.Jerry Shoup, Associate Professor, Dr. Shashi Marikunte, all from Penn State University, USA were the resource persons.

Students of our institute actively participated in the programme. Followed by this event, a detailed discussion with faculty members was held to arrive at possible tie up between our institute and Penn State University.
