Conclave - The Paper Presentation

    The objectives of the research presentation are:

  • To provide a special forum to present and discuss research based knowledge among the academicians.
  • To provide opportunities for students to share insight on the development and challenges in all areas related to the field of management.
  • To further enhance and enrich knowledge on the dynamism of changing business environments through stimulations of cross disciplinary and cross academic practitioner sharing and discussions.

    • ETTIN-12 invites research papers in the area of Business Sustainable Development on following topics:

  • Guidelines for abstract submission:
  • Selection of paper for presentation and discussion will be based on detailed abstracts not less than 300 words. Abstracts must include a clear indication of the purpose of research, methodology, major results, implications, and key references. The author should clearly mention under what area the research paper should be included.
  • Length : 300-400 words excluding title/cover page and references
  • Font : Times new roman
  • Font size : 12 points
  • Spacing : 1.5
  • Title page : Title author, affiliation, contact details

    • The experts will review abstracts and only those approved by the reviewers will be selected. One hard of the abstract and also the electronic copy/soft copy should be mailed to ettin.paperpresentation@gmail.com as a Word document should reach the convener not later than January 10, 2012. Authors will be noticed of acceptance of the paper on January 20, 2012. Evaluation of Research Papers: Judging will be performed by a panel of eminent judges using the following criteria:

  • Innovative idea (10%)
  • Demonstration of knowledge and understanding of subject (20%)
  • Quality and accuracy of research (20%)
  • Presentation on the day of the event (50%)

    • Important details:

  • Paper may have two authors but the presentation should be done by the student on the day of conclave.
  • Paper may or may not be based on empirical data.
  • Presenter will be given (15+5) minutes of which 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for question answer session.
  • Presentation will be based on Microsoft Power Point.
  • Language of the presentation will be English.
  • Presenters are required to carry their presentation in CD/ Flash Drive.

  • Hardcopy of the paper in font size 12, Times New Roman is to be submitted before the event.
Registration fee is Rs 300 for Indian participants / $10 for Foreign participants
